![]() | Last night was the historic moment for Russia. They beat England to advance to Euro 2008. Ronney was the key in that game. He scored one goal at 29th minute. However, he also made a big mistake. At 68th minute, he tackled down Konstantin Zyryanov. The referee gave a penalty to Russia (After the match, some people doubted that the referee made an error to give Russia a penalty). At 73rd minute, Russia made another goal, 2 to 1. They kept it till the end of the game. After this match, England was in bad situation. They have to rely on Israel getting a result against Russia next month and then we take it from there." Compared with England, Greece, Czechs and Romania are promoted to Euro 2008 with their victories yesterday. Good luck to England! Hope they can make a miracle. ![]() |

![]() | When I saw the headline I thought this post was in relation to the shortage of dentists in the UK. |

![]() | Thanks Dreamlife, I'm not a happy man today after the defeat, we should have won but we didn't take our chances, at the end of the day it's our own fault. Hopefully the rugby boys will cheer me up this weekend in Paris. As for the dentists in the UK Destruckdoz it's not a matter of shortage, most dentist are now private rather than NHS, a lot of people are unable to afford going private so rely on the NHS for cheaper treatment, we British pay for the NHS through our national insurance so that the elderly and children can get free treatment. |

![]() | Westnorwoodgas, You guys in the UK got national health insurance!?!?!? |

![]() | Yes, it's taken out of our pay as part of our taxes, it also counts for our unemployment benefits and pensions although we have need to take private or company pensions to top up. If you go into a NHS hospital it's free, unless you opt for private treatment which is much quicker. |

![]() | I remember hearing the same thing about Canadian hospitals that are overwhelmed with patients waiting long hours to get medical care. America needs something like that. We got lots of sick people who cant afford care dieing and the elderly who sell pain pills to dopers to be able to eat then get busted by undercover federal agents and then haled to county jail still attached to there breathing apparatus. I still get my private insurance through my parents but Uncle Sam needs to get something done before he himself is in the same situation Danny ![]() |

![]() | The ongoing problem with the NHS is that becauce it is seen as free it does not work. Dodger |

![]() | Thats sad to hear, Dodger. But anyway, if you want real taco's and Mexican food, this is one place you have to visit if you come to Silicon Valley. La Costena made the worlds largest burrito some years back with another burrito joint across town. Here are some pictures: http://www.costena.com/ Danny |

![]() | The last building I worked at was NHS London building, and they were in charge of all the hospitals, doctors and dentists in Greater London so I guess I'm pro NHS. Also when I required surgery in 2005 I found the service was very good and I was very well looked after, even though I went into shock after my operation and was very close to leaving this world, I have a lot to be thakful that I'm still here today, I should add it didn't cost me a penny. |

![]() | I am a fan of England. If they couldn not advance to the Euro 2008, I would feel quite disappointed. It seems that David Beckham is old and can not play for England. What a pity! We will miss his excellent freekicks. |

![]() | The thing is with David Beckham is he is injury prone, its a pity because he is such a dedicated player, he spends hours perfecting his free kicks. I think someone like Wayne Rooney will take over provided he can stay injury free. |
