It's quite convenient for you to directly take the coach in PVG airport to Suzhou, it'll cost you about 3 hours at RMB84/person, the schedule is: 10:00 10:40 11:10 11:40 12:10 12:40 13:10 13:50 14:20 14:50 15:20 16:10 16:50 17:20 18:10 18:50 19:20 20:00, you can buy the tickets in the ticket office at No.8-9,T1 Terminal, pls check with the airport staff there.

Then you can take subway line 2 from Pudong Airport to Hongqiao Railway Station. There you can take high speed train to Wuxi first. Then you catch a taxi to your hotel. It costs around CNY 31.
