NECARPS Points: Join Date: Oct 21, 2007 Status: offline	My husband and I will be travelling to China.for business. Our plan is to fly into HK and cross the border to Shenzhen, stay in Shenzhen for 1 night and spend 2 nights in Guangzhou then go back to HK airport for a morning flight to Shanghai. What would be the easiest and most convenient way to do this? We are also open to hotel suggestions for Shenzhen & Guangshou. Thanks much.

Why aren't you flying out of Guangzhou or Shenzhen for Shanghai???? Seems you could save a lot of time by flying domestic and avoiding doing customs and immigration twice. You'll also need a multi-entry visa

What's your budget for hotels. Google these cities, there are some good websites for hotel bookings offering good rates for online bookings

In Guangzhou, look for something with their own shuttle service or else close to the Airport shuttle bus service runs. Tian He Hotel is a good choice.

GUEST94125	blue arrow train -non-stop from Shenzhen to Guandzhou-it takes 1hour.(around 15US first class).Check into GUANgSHEN railway website for more details. You can get the ticket at Shenzhen railway station- just across the border of Shenzhen, 5 minutes walk from the border check point..clear road sign to lead you there.

BETWEENUS21 Points: Join Date: Jul 10, 2006 Status: Offline	take the CRH train - the trains runs every few mins from shenzhen to Guangzhou east station and costs rmb 75 one-way in economy and is the fastest and safest way to travel. Its easy.
