"9.11" plunged US economy into a great depression. Since then, a new question was put forward; which country will become the ideal place for foreign investment. Some people believe Germany will take the role. Some think that China will become the ideal place for foreign investment. Others insisted that India will be the ideal place in view of its cheap labour cost. Some others hold that US is still the best place for foreign investment. What are your opinions? By the way, do you think what are the important factors for a country to become a good place for foreign investment?

In current situation, China has attracted many foreign investors and has earned a large amount of foreign exchanges. But excessive foreign exchange reserve is not good. The key is that China should learn from those investors to invest overseas.
