| I don't think there has been any flooding in Guilin, though a few months back there was some in not too far away. There's no flooding shown on TV anywhere at present. |

It happens every year and should have passed by Nov. Read other comments. I have traveled this route in July /August and passed through. Are roads a mess?? yes they are but that's to be expected but they are passable albeit slow. |
