| guestnguyen | Hello all, I'm a 22 Vietnamese-American female. I'm planning to visit China from around 20 Dec-05 Jan. I'm fluent in both English and Vietnamese, but do not know any Chinese. I was wondering if there's anyone that's familiar with the places that I will be visiting, and would be willing to show me around (as a friend or tour guide). Shanghai and Hangzhou will be my first stops, then possibly Xian and Beijing. If you're from any of those areas and are interested, please reply and maybe we could get to know each other! | WELCOME TO CHINA! Your self-tour, our specialty. Shanghai is a modern city. City tour by yourself in Shanghai will be easy and two or three days to stay will be OK. But get more information about Shanghai in advance is necessary. Hangzhou city is beautiful City in China and not far away from Shanghai. Staying in Hangzhou City three days will be fine. Beijing is marvellous and big city. So staying longer in Beijing will be great. Make your reservations of transportation tickets and hotel is necessary for your saving money as soon as you have decided on travel plans.
