 | Hey whats up, I haven't been on this board for too long but I have found that a lot of you guys have someone you care about in China. I myself had some weird experiences while traveling in China, especially when a Chinese family comes up to me to chat while I am photographing some cool stuff with one of there daughters.Or the whole matchmaker thing with relatives. So I was curious how you guys met your boy/girlfriend? Were you there and open to the whole situation? were you the first to make a move? Danny |

| Danny, I was introduced to my GF, now my Wife by a Chinese friend of over 16 years. I found myself back on the market after many years and had absolutely no idea about how to find a Girl. Those single bars and web sites for the lonely seemed full of desperate people (OK, I was one of them) He introduced me to a friend of his Wife. We exchanged pictures (I cheated with an old one) We exchanged emails etc. I then had lunch with my friend and his wife and a couple of other Chinese people that I know and a Woman that came on her own. It turns out that she was an old friend of my now Wife who had come to report back on me. I must have passed the test. The rest is history. Dodger. |

| I met my Han Jing at Yueyang station while waiting for the train to Beijing, we seemed to be attracted to each other straight away although the relationship has bloomed since I came back to the UK. We have exchanged pictures and e-mails ever since. The rest as Dodger has said is history. |
