Yes I have seen some but they tend to be small and local and maybe only at Moon festival.

I don't think it is very different from China - even though the reasons for giving a gift are a little different and the gift is a little different . If they want to send a gift basket, I am sure there would be plenty of small businesses who would like to oblige (though they would not be considered 'professional').

Actually I think setting up a gight basket business in a modern Chinese city would be an excellent idea. BUT you would need to market it, the customers won't just come rolling in.
