How to maintain the orts' nutrients?

Do you have the habit of packing the orts after having meals in the restaurants? If so, how do you deal with the orts coming back home? Just put them in the fridge? Here are some useful tips.

No.1
The packed orts should be cooled down before putting in the fridge (avoiding them turning bad).

No.2
Before having the orts, remember to heat again in the pan.

No.3
The orts should not be kept for a long time. You should eat them as soon as possible.

Better not pack the vegetable dishes.

Before heating the orts, please pay attention to those problems.

Heat fishes just for 4 to 5 minutes.

While heating the meat, please add some vinegar.

No.3 While heating seafood, please add some seasonings, such as cooking wine, shallot and ginger.

Please eat those orts containing much starch in four hours.
