In the year, there were many significant incidents that left a historic mark on China's Reform history. The resumption of " College Entrance Examination", the implementation of "Openning-up Policy" , the Official Establishment of Sino-US relations and the enforcement of " the Land Policy of Household Contract Management laid the solid foundation for China's rise. China's Economy has experienced an unprecedented boom since 1979. In the past 28 years( 1979-2007), China went international. Shenzhen, the forefront of China' Openess, experienced the fruitful 28 years. 1979 witnessed the foundations of China's rise.
