| Do you know what bean sprouts are? Have you ever tasted it? Today I introduce how to make bean sprouts and shredded meat soup. Materials:Soybean sprouts (500 grams), pork (30 grams), some ginger, clear chicken soup (two bowls). Seasonings: vegetable oil (3 tablespoons), soy (1/2 tablespoons), aromatic vinegar (1 tablespoon), salt (1/6 tablespoon), white granulated sugar (1/3 tablespoon), sesame oil (1 tablespoon), starch (1 tablespoon). |

| Step 1 Wash pork and soybean sprouts, cut pork and ginger into shreds (separately). Add one tablespoon starch and two tablespoons water into the bowl to make starchy water. |

| Step 2 Add three tablespoons vegetable oil and quick-fry pork shreds with ginger till the pork shreds turn white. |

| Step 3 Put soybean sprouts in the boiler and add two bowls of clear chicken soup, one bowl of boiled water, 1/2 tablespoon soy, 1 tablespoon aromatic vingar, 1/6 tablespoon salt and 1/3 tablespoon white granulated sugar. And then boil with big fire till they are boiling. Finally boil with slow fire for two minutes. |

| Lindsey, I guess that the bowl just look like the white one shown in the fifth picture. It sounds delicious. But I do not like bean sprouts. |
