guest23265	Mr. Zhang is a Vice President at a Beijing bank. He has just been posted to Beijing from Hebei. His family is still in Hebei. He has a large 2 Bedroom room apartment in Beijing. As he is out most of the time, he thought that it would be a good idea to have a foreign guest who could engage in simple English conversation on the rare occassions that he is at home. Mr. Zhang will not charge you any rent but placement fees are payable to the Beijing lady who organizes the arrangements. You could take the bigger bed room (~ 20 sq m). This is a very exceptional opportunity for a budget-conscious visitor Beijing. Another advantage is that you are not tied down by a lease. THe apartment is just off Chang'An road (Near Beijing West station). Numerous buses will take you (along Chang'An road) to Tian An Men, Wang Fu Jing etc in minutes.
