Any express bus from Quanzhou to Fuqing, Fujian?

guest57140 I'll be visiting our ancestral village in Fuqing next week. Will be joining a tour and will end in Quanzhou. Is there any express bus to Fuqing? ..or do I have to go to Fuzhou and then take another bus to Fuqing?

Could anyone advise as to regularity of bus service, travel time and cost?

Also we'll fly out of Xiamen on a 5.45 pm flight on our return journey. Is it safe if we take a bus out of Fuzhou/Fuqing on the morning of departure straight to Xiamen on day of flight? How much time should we allow from Xiamen bus terminal to Xiamen airport?..Which will be best form of transport?...there are 4 of us.

Is it easy to get tickets or do we need to pre-book?

yes. There are 12 express bus from Quanzhou City to Fuqing. The earliest starting bus is 08:10 and the latest bus is 16:00. The location is Quanzhou long bus station center. The distance from Quanzhou CIty to Fuqing is about 151 km lasting about more than 2 hours. THe price is about RMB 40/person.So it is easy for you.
Xiamen CIty (108km)to Quanzhou City (301km) to Fuzhou CIty
Quanzhou CIty is located between Xiamen City and FUzhou City

AFAIK there're buses direct from Xiamen airport to Fuqing, so there should be buses coming back that way as well. Sorry but I don't know the details of those.
