![]() | According to the new survey made be the NDRC (National Development and Reform Committee) and NBC (National Bureau of Statistics), the house prices in major 70 cities in mainland increased 9.5% in October, 0.6 percent higher than Sep. The newly-built commercial house prices jumped 10.6% in Oct., while the low-cost house prices surged 3.3%. Prices of luxury houses went up 12.3%. Second-hand housing prices were up 8.7 percent in October, 1.1 percentage points higher than that of September. And the overall prices in the third quarter jumped about 8.2%. The house prices in western medium and small sized cities jumped about 50%. |
