The newly-built commercial house prices jumped 10.6% in Oct., while the low-cost house prices surged 3.3%. Prices of luxury houses went up 12.3%. Second-hand housing prices were up 8.7 percent in October, 1.1 percentage points higher than that of September. And the overall prices in the third quarter jumped about 8.2%. The house prices in western medium and small sized cities jumped about 50%.
