| Second, how to make stuffings. No.1 Green vegetable and pork fillings Materials: minced pork (150 grams), green vegetable (1000 grams). Seasonings: salt, monosodium glutamate and vegetable oil. Step 1 Quick boil green vegetable in the boiler. Step 2 put quick boiled green vegetable in cold water. Step 3 mince green vegetable and mix it with pork. Step 4 add some seasoning into the basin and then the fillings is ok. |

Step 1 cut cabbage into pieces (like those in first picture). Step 2 mince cabbage pieces. (Pic 2) Step 3 add some salt into the vessel. Step 4 let cabbage absorb salt. Step 5 and 6 use clean water to make salt away and take it out. Step 7 mix round with minced pork and shallot and add some seasonings. |

| Dreamlife, thank You! Dumplings are my favourite food and I have told my kids about them. They have asked me to make dumplings but I had to say I can´t. To be honest, I didn´t know their name, so couldn´t find recipies either. :-) Carlos |
