Also they should press White House to take actions in the WTO. Carolyn Bartholomew, chairman of the US-China Economic and Security Review Commission said that Bush administration failed to push China to adopt market-oriented currency policy. He also said that we can not just depend on bilateral talks since the talk did not bring any result.
