The apartment is in a very comfortable location with only 5min walking distance to Zhongshan Park metro station (line 2,3 and 4). This area offers utmost convenience as it has all shops and restaurants you could ask for just a stone's throw away. In addition of course, there is Zhongshan Park itself, that brings a little green to this sometimes grey city. There are 2 bright rooms for rent, both fully furnitured in western style: The master bedroom has a private bathroom and a large doublebed, with a monthly rent of 2800 CNY. The other, equally nice equipped room goes for 2400 CNY. Furthermore there is a nice living room with large TV, DVD, 5.1 sound system and a comfortable couch plus armchairs. We have a big and clean kitchen and a western style washing machine. Of course all rooms have an AC.
