guest79226	Were going to open a foreign company in Guangzhou. Can anyone pls tell me what are the most common methods/resources where the China locals look to find a job in trade sales, managerial & production (such as websites, local newspaper)? I'm assuming jobs in sales might be advertised on the web, but production jobs might be in the local newspaper, but I could be wrong. Any advice on the most poplular job websites would be helpful. Thank you

I don't know much about these, but I pass one of them in our city all the time.

They appear to be where the unemployed and employers can hang out looking for each other, if that makes sense. These may be more for unskilled labourers or factory workers
I dare say there is more than one in the larger cities.

You may need to engage a Chinese citizen who is knowledgeable in these areas to assist you with advertising and sourcing suitable employees.
