Chuxiong: Yuanmou Earth Forest

Has anyone been to the Yuanmou Earth Forest near Chuxiong?
Looking for trip reviews and any helpful logistical information ie transport, length of time needed and accommodation (120-200 RMB for twin or triple with ensuite).

Hi, I am very familiar with Chuxiongbecause I live in Yunnan. Chuxiong is a good place but still not discovered by tourist. Here some attractions worth to visit. Heijing Old Town, Guanglu Old Town,Yuanmou Earth Forest,Chuxiong Yi's Ten-month Solar Calendar Park,Lufeng Dinosaur Museum.It will take you about two or three days totally. If you can take the train from Panzhihua to Guanglu Old Town, It would be very convenient for these people from Sichuan. if you have any more questions pls let me know.
