| How can we avoid shellfish, or any food cooked with shellfish or in the same pan as shellfish.? My husband is very very allergic to shellfish, and can stop breathing if he eats them We are planning to be in China for 1 month Thank you. |

| Tell the chef or waiter what you don't want. Or try as much as Western restruant.Will be easier for u. But Most of Xi'an 's restruant don't server seafood at all. You can always try Muslin food.Oh,Do not try Cantonese Cusine.(Main courses always go with seafood) |
