Hi! I am an American considering moving to Guangzhou. I presently live in Los Angeles. I think I will be able to move in 6 months to 1 year from now. That means before the end of 2020. I would like to find out what it is like for an American to live in Guangzhou. I am 73 years old and have been to Guangzhou a couple of times but have been to China numerous times. I would be retiring there but I would like to tutor English as I was a teacher years ago and loved it. I am also involved in Real Estate in California and would like to use that knowledge in some way. I love the Chinese culture and Cantonese food. I would like to know how much a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment would cost per month in a newer area of the city. I will have the means to hire an interpreter / assistant as my mind is still very active and I would look to get involved in some kind of business like consulting. I also would like a group of English speaking friends, Americans and others, to go out for meals with and do other things with. I would also not be against having a relationship with a Chinese lady in her 40s or early 50s. I am a generous man and I like to do things around the city and take care of my lady. If you have any information or opinions for me I would ask you to write to me. My email address is "yahoo.com|plinghca". Thanks, Paul
