BLUEYANKEE44 Points: 349 Join Date: Sep 27, 2005 Status: offline	I find my Guangzhou,as a very quaint city,in comparison with any city I ha have traveled in.The people are friendly to me,and do try to venture in spe aking English to me.When on the Buses and in the Metro,they are letting me have their seats,and lets my wife sit next to me.The people are alway s trying to do alot of things for me,and do not try to cheat me.They are wi lling to show me how to go to my destination,when my wife explains on the phone,where I am trying to find. Most people are considerate,as even the young men and older women are very helpful,and the older women do not wish to speak to me at all,which is ok,as they always give me a bright eyed warm smile. Guangzhou,is a clean city,and though it can be dangerous as the news papers and radio suggest,no-one has really been a danger to us,at any time.We live in a very dark street,which is very narrow,and unlighted.But the people are knowing about us,so offer no danger
