Strictly speaking , there is not many successful businessman at China. Many peope boast their business start from scratch but in the end it turns out they have background. China has no environment for people to begin empty handed. That is the reason she has the biggest Gini Co-efficient in the world. She is also considered to be Non market economy countries so some European countries and USA set obstacles while some Chinese big company want to get project at those countries. There should be business rule. The successful businessman springs up then.
