I suppose its only fair I start. For me it would be a quick sandwich as I tend not to eat too much in the middle of the day. Cheese and pickle is the favourite.

I make tabouleh salad once a week and eat it several times each week for lunch with a little cheese or cold chicken and tahini. Otherwise I make a sandwich or use crackers with cheese spread and/or avocado when I can get it. Sometimes butter and Vegemite. I'm amused when my Chinese colleagues comment that I eat the same thing almost every day, although they only see me eat once each week but I remind them that they also eat the same thing everyday - RICE - with a slight change in meat and/or vegetables and don't forget the chili

My normal lunch is the same as my breakfast, an instant coffee with 2 teaspoons of sugar and milk.

I prefer my lunch to be the main dish of the day; so, I always get a stronger lunch, time? At one or two pm every day.
