I'm living in Beijing, and I have a 2-year old apartment for rent during Olympic Games in 2008, I will travel out of Beijing and you can stay here. It's an excellent house in Beijing. Apartment description: 142 square meters (inside size), 2 floors, the lower one is about 85 square meters, one bedroom, one bathroom, 3 living room, plus a 60 square meters garden; the upper floor is about 57 square meters, one bedroom, one bathroom, 2 living room, 1 kitchen; with all necessary furnished (Gas cooker, Microwave oven, Air conditioner, Refrigerator, TV, Washing machine, and free 512K Internet Access, Fax and IDD phone call available) This room has big space on lower floor; you can put lots goods or doing some operation, for example, suitable for a small TV program team. We offer full room service too, maybe, you can rent my car too, but I worry about you need some permission to drive on Beijing at that special period, Beijing has too many car, I think government will not allow all cars go road. Location: near 3rd Ring Road FangZhuang Qiao (very downtown, good transportation), 1 km from supermarket, 2 km from Subway line 5, lots of restaurant, bank, etc. Ensure you’re convenient and comfortable. generally, in normal period, it would cost 1500USD/per month, 50 USD/per day, but, you can't book hotel in that period, that's means they are waiting the price soar, people say it would go up 2000%, so, I give this price. Of course, if you are booking now, I can give you some discount. But I don't worry about this perice. It's a nice house and much better then most of aparemnet in high tower. It's vauleable.

The house is on the north edge of the olympic park, about 4kms off the core area. It is on a new big bus express line which will be put to use before the olymic games. The stop named "li shui qiao north" is 30 meters away from the house, and the express bus can bring you directly to the olympic core area. That means, it only takes you 15minutes from walking out the room to arriving at the entrance of bird nest. There are over 30 others bus lines across the stop, too, which can bring you almost everwhere of the city.

Apart from above ,the house is also on the crossing of two subways (line5 and line13).
Line5 brings you to the east eadge of olymic core(15 minutes), the Wangfujing shopping center and Tian'anmen Square（30 minutes). By line13,You can transfer to Line 1, to get to gemes of basketball, shooting or bicycling at the west city.
Line13, a west-to-east line, bringss you the games held on the eastern and western part of the city.

There is a Carrefour supermarket, only 5 minutes walk.

During olymic games, the renting rate will be 200USD per day. Discount is available for renting over one month.

The house is very comfortable, the transport is very convinient. And the owner is very friendly.
