G'day All & Thanks in advance.

I know it could be a problem to remove minors from AU but have no idea in regards to CN.

I've been corresponding with a lady fm Nanning who has twin daughters & would like any info in regards to bringing them from China into Australia once we marry.

She tells me the father has had nothing to do with the kids at all, the girls are 5 yo & the fathers name is on the birth certificate. The parents never married & my understand is the relationship ended once she informed him she was pregnant.

Regards,

Zak.

If you don't get any other response, there is an adoption agency in Guanzhou. i am sure they would have the information you need. I can't remember its name but it's on Shamian Island. But you will almost certainly need a release from the father or some other approval. We might have had a qu like this once before... try a search in the forums.

I am sure that unless she has the right paperwork she will have problems taking them into Aus. Aus immigration can tell you what they require and that will probably include the Chinese requirements.
