| Materials: mutton (300 grams), 3 scallions and some garlic Seasonings: 1 teaspoon cooking wine (5ml), 1 teaspoon soy (5ml), 1/2 teaspoon sugar (3 grams), 1 teaspoon white pepper (5 grams), 1/4 teaspoon monosodium glutamate (1 gram), 1 teaspoon vinegar (5 ml), 1/2 teaspoon salt (3 grams). Steps: Step 1 slice mutton into pieces, and add cooking wine, soy, sugar, white pepper and monosodium glutamate, and then mix them together and pickle for 5 minutes. Step 2 Cut scallions into pieces and mince the garlic. Step 3 add some vegetable oil into the boiler and heat it. Then put mutton slices in and quick-fry them with scallion pieces. Finally add some vinegar, minced garlic and salt and stir-fry for a second. Sauted mutton slices with scallion is ready and enjoy yourself. |

| Ah, spring onions Where does scallion come from? never heard it before and as a fat man I know lots about food. |
