To Rent a house in Shanghai

I need to station in Shanghai for above 3 years, and I wanted to rent a house where by somewhere near by or surrounding Xintiandi area, and the rental is about RMB300 ~ 350, come with a toilet itself........., can anyone help me on this issue and give me some suggestion or an advise.

GUEST80102 RMB300 ~ 350, in xingtiandi? Are you kidding or something? i have been living in shanghai for more than 4 years, i never heard that cheap rent yet. So good lucky, and make sure inform me if you find that house.
