Need to Rent a House

I need to station in Shanghai for above 3 years, and I wanted to rent a house where by somewhere near by or surrounding Xintiandi area, and the rental is about RMB300 ~ 350, come with a toilet itself........., can anyone help me on this issue and give me some suggestion or an advise.

300-350 RMB for a DAY, a WEEK, a MONTH?!
If it's for a week or month, you're being extremely unrealistic with your price expectations for that area.
