What to do in Harbin from 22-25 dec?

guestSee Yeong Hi,

I booked my ticket to Harbin from 22-25 Dec. I just came to know that the ice lantern festival will only be opened in Jan. I really dont want to miss that. Is it possible to see people working in it? Or is there some snow sculpture that is taking place in the month of Dec?
Is there any other places of interest that i can go?

Need help!
