Hi everyone, thanks for reading. I'm an American citizen who lives and works in China. I married a Chinese woman over here a little more than one year ago. I now want to start the visa process to bring her to the USA. I have no idea how to start. The other main problem is that in my last job in USA, I did not make enough money, to support her myself, so I need a family member to support my wife's visa.
So... for anyone who already went through this process, and understands my situation, any advice on the matter whould be helpfull. What exactly would my family member who will show support for my wife in this process have to do ??? What visa d I apply for ? Any other ideas, or suggestions ? Thanks in advance.

To start with you need to file for a K-3 visa for your wife.
Go to INS web site for forms.
YOU WILL NEED ALSO A g-35 FORM WITH PASSPORT
SIZE PICTURES for each of you
for support for your wife you will just need family member to file an affidavid of support form

GUESTCLYDE I have no idea what robert L is talking about since there has been no INS for a few years. But, you can file DCF at an american embassy EX: Beijing. Go to candleforlove.com for alot of help and experiences.
