IOur experience has been that it's often very difficult to find accomodations. For 2008 we started early and rented a wonderful Hutong B&B- bedroom for 2 persons with en-suite bath. We'll only be in Beijing from Aug.7th-Aug 12 and will make the room available from Aug. 13 thru Aug 24. (there is a possibility that we can extend this thru the 25th if needed, at an additional cost) Buyer will NOT have the option to sublet any portion of the stay. Price $1950 USD for the entire stay Aug. 13 thru Aug 24. The Hutong, a courtyard house, is in the Historical Conservation residential zone of central Beijing. It is about 2km from the Forbidden City, and 4.3km from Tiananmen Square. Please contact us for additional information you might require.
