| Materials: a tilapia, pickled tuber mustard (50 grams), minced pork (50 grams), one red pepper, two spring onions and some ginger. Seasonings: vegetable oil (1 tablespoon), cooking wine (1 tablespoon), oyster oil (1 tablespoon), white sugar (1/3 tablespoon), sesame oil (1/3 tablespoon) and soybean sauce (2 tablespoons). |

| Step 1 Make a deep cut on the back of the fish and put some salt in and then pickle for 5 minutes. Cut ginger and red pepper into shreds and chop two spring onions into pieces. |

| Step 2 Cut pickled tuber mustard into shreds and add minced pork into the bowl, and then add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon oyster oil, 2 tablespoons soybean sauce and 1/3 tablespoon white sugar. Then mix them together and pickle for 15 minutes. |

| Step 3 Stuff some ginger shreds into the fish and then scatter some on the surface. Then put minced pork and pickled tuber mustard on the fish and pickle for 15 minutes. |
