Kangaroo farts can curb global warming

I think Kangaroo is the best red meat around. I love it, especially with plenty of Chilli in winter.

The best is to partially freeze the meat so you can cut very thin slices across the grain, the marinate for 30 mins and cook with noodles, veg and above mentioned Chillies.

Well, how do Kangaroo farts smell? Hopefully, not too smelly.LOL!
