Hey Guys.. I'm just a new member who has always read these fabulous forums from time to time to broaden my horizons and now have a question to ask.. I have a wonderful girl who I am going to marry in 2008 sometime, but am wondering if I need to consult with a lawyer for the entire Visa process. I just feel if I follow the specific guidelines for the K1 Visa etc.. I can save myself the $ and be a better teacher in this department since I will opt out of hiring a lawyer. Any thoughts would be great. THX

This is a wonderful site for finding out about the people and places of China, but K1 visas are not our specialty.

;-)

Try these sites:

A man named Roger Lin in Nanning can help you fill out the forms for a fraction of the cost of an attorney.

Thanks for the fast reply. Sorry I could not reply for I was in China during the holidays.

Do you know how I can get a hold of Roger Lin in Nanning? I just have a few more questions regarding which visa I should opt with and what is advantageous for my situation.

Thanks
