Take airport shuttle no.7 (20 RMB/pax) to Shanghai South train station. I reckon it to be around 1600-1630 by the time you reach there. There's a train N425 to Ningbo at 1734, 5h15min for the journey arriving at 2249. Fare 51/78 RMB for hard/soft seat.
Or walk from Shanghai South train station to the adjacent Shanghai South long-distance bus station. Buses leave for Ningbo at 1630, 1700, 1730, 1745, 1830, 1845 and 1930. About 3.5h for the journey (depending on traffic conditions) and fare 100 RMB.

GUEST61691 Thanks a lot dear. Fortunately I reached Ningbo safely. I took a taxi from PuDong Airport which cost me RMB 160 to the Hengfeng Long Distance Station. From there i took the Ningbo Bus which took exactly 4hrs to reach Ningbo bus station.

In between i found some difficulties at the Hengfeng Bus station where some agents get them selfs involved without my consent at forced me the the bus for Nigbo and requested me to hand over the bus fare to them which is 100RMB. Surprise was that the lady conductor after taken 100yaun from me gave 25-30RMB to that agent who forced himself into the bus with me. I dont know but other passenger told me the fare they paid is also 100RMB from this bus station to Ningbo.

Any way the first leg of the journey is finished and the next big challenge is coming.

I need to go back from Ningbo to Shanghai, but not on that expensive way?? i need to go early morning so can you suggest some best ways to go ?

Well hmmm so why did you not follow my advice? Was it of no use to you, or do you not trust my knowledge?
Train is cheaper than bus. The earliest one is train T792, leaving Ningbo at 0715, arriving Shanghai South train station at 1051, journey time 3h36min. Fare for soft seat is 78 RMB.

GUEST61691 Thanks for your message. Honest I absolutely trust ur advice. It was just the fact the a nice old chinese fellow who travelled with me in the same flight has taken an additional responsibilty to help me find the place to catch the Air port bus. Unfortunately he cant speak or understand english well and was away from China for the past 2 years. Depending on him i continued followed him as what he told me to like a small baby and finally found myself getting on a taxi , on his persistance. Ride alone to the bus station was damn scary , especially when the driver suddenly call someone while driving and dont understand or speak English at all.

Finally that part is over now, but a lot of instances were narrated to me where people got mugged, robed , attacked for life (even when in the taxi) in Shenzen , Gungdong etc areas.

Only peace of advice. Keep your eyes and ears open and watch out for any unwanted strangers , car etc near you.

any way thanks for your advice on the Ningbo ->Shanghai connection.

Can you also suggest something worth visiting for when in Shanghai ?? Is it safe to stroll alone or u suggest a company is always better ?

With zero knowledge of your sightseeing interests and preferences, there's no way that I could offer more insight on what you should visit in Shanghai. Instead please take a look at destination guides online -- this website has got a fairly good one.
Safe to stroll alone. Ignore anyone who tries to be "friendly" and "practise English" with you, in the touristy areas especially Nanjing Lu pedestrian street and the Bund. And be alert for pickpockets, valuables should always be in front of you not in backpacks or back pockets.
