Hi,
On sleeper trains in China the toilets can be a little questionble to say the least. Have as much as you can with you at all times including the toilet. Opportunistic theft is common (well it seemed to be as people were always inspecting around). Have sanitising hand gel and plenty of water as the trips can be longer than anticipated.
