| Materials: broccoli (326 grams), preserved eggs (2), 1/3 carrot, two slices ginger and some garlic and a box of 浓汤宝(a kind of powder used to make soup). Seasonings: 3 tablespoons edible oil, 1/3 tablespoon white sugar, 1/5 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon cooking wine and 1/3 tablespoon sesame oil. Step 1 Cut broccoli into pieces and clean them with clear water. Then quick-boil them in boiling water about 45 seconds. |

| Danny, it is a kind of flavouring that is used to make soup. Did you notice the flavouring in the instant noodles? They have the same function. Usually, 浓汤宝 is made from bones of pork, fish or chicken. |

| Iceberg, There is a type of Hot and Sour soup that is made with tofu, bamboo shoots, tree ears, eggs and pork. The tofu, bamboo shoots, tree ears and pork are sliced into 2 inch strands and about as wide as the end of a chop stick. The eggs are used to make an egg drop style as well. The way it tastes is real interesting. First you get a hit of real sour soup than sort of a spicy that knocks you back and mannnn is it good in the winter. Oh and it looks like this: |
