| Materials: two eggplants, 164 grams lean pork, five black mushrooms, ten red dates and two ginger slices. Seasonings: oyster oil (3 tablespoons), edible oil (2 tablespoon), white sugar (1/3 tablespoon), chicken powder (1 tablespoon), salt (1/3 tablespoon) and soy sauce( 1 tablespoon). Step 1 shred lean meat, soak black mushrooms in clean water for a while, take them out and cut off the butts. Then shred mushrooms, soak red dates in water, take out date stones and shred them. Then cut ginger slices in shreds. |
