Buying a digital camera in Beijing

I would like to buy a digital camera for my trip to China in two weeks. Should i buy a camera before I come or can i get a good deal when i am there?

Your likely to get a better deal here in the states. I have found that the electronics that are available for purchase in China are either the same price or pricier than the US. Plus you get the option of buying an extended warranty here which I would highly advise you to do. Places like Best Buy will sell you a warranty that can include accidental damage instead of manufacturer defects.

If your airplane stopover in Tokyo, at Tokyo Airport you can find the latest at a great price,
better than in the USA, if not, as Destruckdoz said it, in the USA you can get a better deal than China.
