| After reading the title, you must feel puzzled at what Zuo Zongtang Chicken is. It is just a dish that Zuo Zongtang likes very much. Thus, it is called Zuo Zongtang Chicken. Materials for making a kind of liquid mixture to pickle chicken drumsticks: an egg, one tablespoon rice wine, one tablespoon soyabean sauce, one tablespoon edible oil, one stablespoon starch. Some other seasonings: one tablespoon White Vinegar, two tablespoon soybean sauce, one tablespoon rice wine, tone tablespoon ketchup, 1/2 tablespoon white sugar, 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder, a bowl of edible oil and 1/3 tablespoon starch. Step 1 Wash chicken drumsticks, remove the bones of them and cut them into pieces. | That looks very good! Thank you for the recipe. I often eat at this Chinese restaurant; they serve a dish name Hunan chicken it is delicious and spicy. It can be made with beef and pork too, do you know the recipe to that dish? If you do, can you share it? jcl |
