The enclosed picture showing the place of my apartment. It is about 7 kilometers away from the Bird's Nest and the Water Cube. The price of my apartment is about 200 Euro/night or 5000 Euro/month during Beijing-2008 Olympic Games. If you want to rent it for a longer time, it's more than welcome. The environment is quiet and pleasant, with Super market, mall (e.g., Huatang Shopping Mall, Hualian Shopping Mall), restaurants, park, hospital (e.g., beijing united family hospital, which is convenient for foreigns ) available. It is very closed to 13th subway and north 4-ring road, and about 7 kilometers away from the Bird's Nest buildings and Water Cube Buildings. Easy traffic, taxi, bus can get you to anywhere you would like to visit. [Structure] The whole buildign was built on 2004 3nd floor of total 9 114 square meters. 2 bedrooms,wooden floor. One towards Sourth, one towards North. 1 living room towards Sourth 2 bathrooms. 1 big open kitchen towards North. And all completely superfine furnished. 2 balconies, one towards North, one towards South. The wondows towards South are all fall to the ground, the rooms are light. [Furniture] 3 liquid crystal TV sets, one of 42 inch (in living room), one of 37 inch (in the biger bed room), one of 20 inch (in the kitchen room). 3 air conditions, one in living room, two in each bed rooms. American A.O.Smith water heater. European Electrolux Gas cooker. 2 big and comfortable mattress made in America. LG Washing machine. Microwave oven. Refrigerator. Pure water machine. GUESTPENGXWCN	Pleast kindly info that the price is cheap. Only 200 Euro/night or 5000 Euro/month during Olympic Games. I bought this apartment for my parents. But they stay with my sister to take care of her baby. So they would not move into this apartment in recent years. So I rent it.
