Buy Train Tickets Form One Station

guest67189 I'm will reach Beijing in January 2008. I like to visit Harbin and Shanghai, Is it possible to buy all tickets from Beijing Station. For instant from Beijing to Harbin and return Harbin to Beijing , Beijing to Shanghai and return. Anyone please advise.

do you mean the round trip, right? in my opinion, for the

short journey, you can easily buy the back ticket, for the

long journey, like shanghai, Harbin, it is hard. You can

check with the station first.

Might not always be possible. If you're taking the D or Z trains then it should be possible, not sure about the others.

Smoking is always not allowed in train carriages, but usually permitted in the space between carriages.
Yes, trains are definitely running on Christmas Day, it's not a public holiday in mainland China.
