Bejing a little different from other flight, ticket to Lhasa has no discount, and never. The arefare from Chengdu to Lhasa is about RMB1500 for the economy. But be sure that you can get or have the Tibet Travel Permit before leaving for Lhasa. And you may join a tour, the travel agent would help you to get that, which is very easy for them.

And more, what does the "CTU" mean~~:)
