Luna New Year In Xiamen

I wonder if the shops are open on the 3rd day of the Lunar New Year. Are there any special celebrations in Xiamen during this period? Finally I wish everyone a Happy & prosperous Lunar New Year.

Normally, the shops in big cities of China are open during Spring Festival even in the 1st day of Lunar New Year, but the business hour will be shorter than usual, since people need to go home and have a reunion with their families at night.
