Capello assigned as the manager of England

According to the news, The Italian coach Capello was approved to the manager of England. With a four-year contract, Capello will manage England on January 7th. It is said that Capello will bring his own four fellow Italians to his back room. They are Franco Baldini as his assistant, Italo Galbiati, goalkeeping coach Franco Tancredi and fitness coach Massimo Neri. His salary is 6.5 million per year.

Capello's record: Capello, a former Italy international who collected 32 caps, has won nine league titles in 16 years as a coach, picking up silverware with all four clubs - AC Milan, Real Madrid, Roma and Juventus -he has been in charge of. He won the Champions League with Milan in 1994 when Milan beat Barcelona 4-0 in the final.

He has done his first press conference today, although he couldn't speak English, I think he will need to learn fast if he wants succeed.

Yes, Alan. Language should not be a barrier for him and he need to learn English. Well, he was the manager of Real Madrid before he came to England. I wonder if he could speak Spainish.

One month? Chinese students have spent at least 10 years to learn English and they could not say that they have mastered English. I guess this guy is a genius of language learning.

I think he was talking about basic English, enough to be able to get his instructions accross.
