Chinese vermicelli with shrimps | |

| Materials: greasyback shrimps (27 grams), minced pork (160 grams), Chinese vermicelli (two bundles), two ginger slices and some garlic. Seasonings: edible oil (5 talbespoons), oyster oil (1 tablespoon), cooking wine (1/3 tablespoon), white sugar (1 tablespoon), starch (1/2 tablespoon), soybean sauce (2 tablespoons), white pepper powder (1/8 tablespoon) and (1/5 tablespoon). Step 1 soak Chinese vermicelli in the water till it becomes soft. Get rid of the shell and head of greasyback shrimps. Mince garlic and ginger separately. Mix 1/2 tablespoon starch and 3 tablespoons water together. |

| Step 2 Heat 3 tablespoons edible oil in the pan, quick-fry minced garlic and ginger. Then add shrimps in and stir-fry for a while. Add 1 tablespoon oyster oil, 1/3 tablespoon cooking wine and 1/5 tablespoon white sugar and then stir-fry the mixture for a while. |

| Step 3 Heat 2 tablespoons edible oil and quick-fry minced pork. Add 1/2 tablespoon soybean sauce. 1/5 tablespoon white sugar and 1/8 tablespoon white pepper powder and some water and then stir-fry the mixture. Step 4 Add soft vermicelli in the pan and stir-fry with minced pork. Step 5 Add 1 tablespoon soybean sauce, 1/5 tablespoon salt and some water and then add starchy water in. |
