Will Russia become as powerful as USSR?

Since Putin took over the leadership of Russia, Russia began to revive its power. Putin made good efforts to revive Russia's economy. If Putin has his way, and it seems that he will continue to have it, then yes I can see a Russia as powerful as the former USSR quite soon.

It is likely. Putin has his way, but that won't be an easy task. Long bumpy road awaits Russia and Putin ahead. Russia's low birth rate is making Putin headache.

Russia regains its status as a super power? The prospect is very gloomy. I can not foresee the scene. In the next half century, there will be only one superpower USA.
