Fashion is confined to a certain area. In one place, it is a trend, while it might be eccentric in other locations. USA is full of many trends, from minis in Miami to parkas in Park City to skunk hair…everywhere!

In Seatle, oversize flannels, Doc Martens and fishnets, a retro-hippie pile on—these eccentric getups are a little, well, too eccentric.
This trend is dead.So don't follow.
