Materials: three salted eggs and two preserved eggs.

Step 1 Steam the salted eggs for 15 minutes.

Step 2 Shell the preserved eggs and cut them into pieces.

Step 3 Use a tablespoon to make a hole at the top of the salted eggs. Then pour egg white out and leave yolk in the shell.

Step 4 Stuff the preserved egg pieces in the salted eggs as much as you can.

Step 5 Use a tablespoon to add salted egg white in the stuffed shells. Then use film cling to cover the hole.

Step 6 Steam the stuffed eggs for 25 minutes and let them cool.

Step 7 Shell the steamed eggs and slice them.

What is the name for that way of serving eggs? I'll be in China for Spring Festival and want to put it on my list of foods to try. :-)

Sure look good, but not sure what all that salt will do to the blood pressure.
